I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering. Upon graduating from Cal Poly in 2005, I began my career in Real Estate. I was involved in the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, raw land, multi-family properties as well as acting as a property manager for residential and commercial properties throughout the Central Coast.
In 2011, I returned to San Jose to be close to his family and began working as a contractor negotiating land rights for a local public utility company. In the course of my work, I traveled throughout Northern California and the Central Valley to acquire easements, leases, options to purchase, licenses, mineral owner consents and ministerial permits from local government agencies. During this time, I negotiated agreements in support of critical gas and electric transmission projects as well as Green Energy projects.
In my 12 years negotiating Real Estate transactions, I’ve learned that each negotiation is truly unique and that each client has specific individual needs and concerns.
My hands on experience negotiating various Real Estate agreements has taught me to look for, and to fully appreciate, all the details which ultimately make or break a transaction. My ability to weigh each word in a contract and my understanding of the concept “give & take” has resulted in the successful meeting of the minds in multiple highly sophisticated land transactions.
Whether negotiating the sale of a home or leasing thousands of acres of agricultural land, my ability to effectively communicate, to look at things from another’s point of view, my integrity and work ethic have paid off in results for all of my clients.
I see myself as a loving uncle, brother and son. I enjoy riding my Harley, lifting exercise and practices Krav Maga when I am not busy playing Uncle Ben the Human Jungle Gym. I am an active member of the Willow Glen Elks Lodge, a former event Chairman for the United Way and is commissioned by the State of California as a Notary Public.
I love and work in one of the most exciting areas of California. I am familiar with every aspect of life in Silicon Valley. Let me put my personal knowledge, professionalism and negotiating skills to work for you.
