For 25 years, I have been buying, selling, and building homes for clients. I obtained my Real Estate license in 2001 and Broker’s license in 2005. I obtained my broker's license in order to accept the leadership and added responsibility required of a broker. Born in San Jose, I graduated from Westmont High in a quick 3 years and started college at the ripe old age of 16. I then graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology and minor in Chemistry. With a strong background in math and science, I began looking for what would be my next challenge. Besides being involved in my two favorite sports, wrestling and Martial Arts(black belt), I thought becoming a police officer would be a new and interesting experience! After a 15 year tour of duty with the San Jose Police Department, and although I was on the Lieutenant's promotional list, I retired my badge (#2376) as a detective sergeant, and took on the challenge of owning a private business. My belief is that you must improve so others around you can improve. I’ve served my community as an instructor in Martial Arts, soccer coach, men's club member(treasurer) for private schools for his children, youth group leader, confirmation class teacher, finance committee member for his church, HOA board member for his local community, Law enforcement social club board member, field training officer, etc. My real estate motto is "PROTECTING AND SERVICING YOUR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS". I’ve been married to my wife, Magdalena, for 33 years and am very proud of our son Daniel (Bellarmine/USD Bachelor's/2 Masters Degrees), daughter in Law Monica(USD Bachelor's/Masters Degree) and daughter Regina (Presentation/St. Mary's College Moraga Bachelors Degree). I now spend free time with my latest family addition, a beautiful granddaughter, friends, lifting lighter weights, golfing to make others look good, fundraising and volunteering. My goal is to never retire but to take time to relax and enjoy the world around me each and every year.
