CSR offered a consultation not just a real estate transaction. They answered our many questions demonstrating a solid knowledge of the local market. When issues arose, they resolved them quickly. They used their impressive negotiation skills to obtain the best price for the house we purchased. As far as selling our house, they used top notch technology such as a drone for aerial photography and professional high end brochures. They also provided their own staging crew. We highly recommend the whole crew at CSR and especially the Bonafede team for all your real estate needs.
The CSR team was professional, accessible and always answered all our questions, usually within 5 minutes of texting at all hours of day and night. The CSR realtor team of Terry and Robyn possessed a deep knowledge of the local market. They really listened to what we had to say and found our “ideal” house within a couple of weeks. We felt Terry and Robyn to be extremely trustworthy.
John Barney, mortgage broker, was more agile and faster than traditional banks. He was much more accommodating to handling our specific requests. It made the whole process so much smoother and faster to have our realtors and mortgage broker working together. John worked tirelessly around Christmas break to help us close as quickly as possible since we were under a tight time frame to due the seller’s requirements.

Jason and I have worked with Robert Garcia on two separate occasions now, our first home purchase then a sale and purchase of our current residence. Robert is always available to answer any questions and very accommodating of our needs. He is a pleasant person to work with and the reason we have also referred him to friends and family who have also completed home purchases with him.
With regards to John (Barney) we have worked with him on our second home purchase as well as a refinance not too long after our original purchase as the rates dropped. He is easy to work with and very responsive to my emails and calls. He made both the purchase and refinance smooth and we also referred him to a family member that purchased through Robert.
Robert and John work together to provide a seamless process. They are accommodating to our needs and aware of our busy schedules but made it as easy as possible.
By leveraging the relationship of both Robert and John knowing each other, they could take care of things without us having to constantly be involved. A lot of behind the scenes things I don’t necessary want to push back and forth were handled. This was a much better process than working with our own mortgage broker on our first home purchase.
